We’re committed to transparency and continuous improvement, so we want to share the outcome of our recent Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection, which took place between 24th January and 21st February 2025.
Thank You for Your Feedback
First, a heartfelt thank you to everyone; staff, clients, and families, who shared feedback during the inspection. Your voices are vital in helping us grow and improve.
What the CQC Found
This was our first inspection since registering in June 2023, and we’re proud that the CQC recognised the kindness and professionalism of our care staff. However, the report also identified two key areas where we need to do better:
- Visit Times – Some visits were not on time due to staffing challenges.
- Service management – There were gaps in training, medication procedures, and overall service oversight.
Overall Rating: Requires Improvement

We’ve acted swiftly to address the concerns raised. Here’s what we’ve implemented so far:

✅ Created new office roles: Learning & Development Facilitator, Care Coordinator, and Area Supervisor
✅ Enhanced scheduling with experienced coordinators
✅ Expanded training in specialist care and medication handling
✅ Upgraded systems with real-time monitoring tools
✅ Launched staff well-being and communication initiatives
The CQC has already acknowledged the progress we’ve made, and we’re not stopping here.
